Redsocket Ltd ("we") operates https://redsocket.co.uk. This policy explains what personal data this website collects and why. We are the data controller for it.
Contact form
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, company (optional) and message you enter. We use it only to reply to you. The message is delivered to us by email through Resend, Inc., acting as our processor, and kept in our mailbox for as long as we are in conversation with you, then deleted after 12 months unless you become a client.
Analytics
We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand which pages are visited. It runs in cookieless mode: it sets no cookies and does not store identifiers in your browser. Page URLs, referrer, browser type and a truncated IP address are processed to produce aggregate statistics. We do not use this data to identify you.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp) for security and debugging. These are retained for no more than 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email info@redsocket.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change what this site collects, we will update this page and the date above.
